This wine was created from top quality Merlot grapes in one of the very first and oldest vineyards in Israel, in addition to 10% Cabernet grapes that grew in a combined and unique way with the Merlot grapes. The grapes went through all of this process together so they are integrated with each other. The wine is a little spicy with a wide range of flavors of black raspberry, cherries, anis vanilla that are retained in the mouth a long time after drinking it. The wine has a solid texture and is full-bodied, that it reminds us of the depth of the Cabernet together with the softness of the Merlot.
