This wine was created from Merlot grapes originally from the old vineyard in Karmei Yosef in addition to Cabernet grapes from the same Vineyard. The wine fermented for a longer time than its older siblings and reaches a high percentage of alcohol. The wine is full-bodied, rich in taste, powerful and has potential for long aging.
